I find joy and fulfillment in supporting you to the best version of yourself and walking alongside you during challenging times. I do this by listening, asking questions, teaching coping skills and (when appropriate) gently pushing/challenging you towards reaching goals you have identified for yourself. I am doing life right next to you, and I use many of the coping techniques that you will learn as well. Everyone functions differently and that is what makes us our unique selves.
